I didn't even need to see this to tell your page is built with the design panel. Clean up that code ! You don't need tables. Your better then that!
Whats with all the Javascript? Your rollovers can be done easily with CSS. It will be lighter and way more efficient then all the js for image rollovers.
Your design so far is not bad, your code however... needs a lot of work. I refrain from voting till you clean that up.
