I really like the look of the site, I think the colour scheme gives it a nice balance between corporate appeal and arty feelings.
Top Nav is nice, simple but eye catching and the layout is ok, maybe the font is a little big in places but that's a very minor thing especially since people can set font sizes in their browser anyway.
A word of
SEO advice, copying content is very bad, you will get labeled as a duplicate content site and not ranked and your footer links should have some keywords in.
