we just had a guy start last week who moved from washington state for a programming possition so if its right for you i guess we can help make it work. i wasn't involved in his hire directly so i am unsure how the interview was conducted among other things. i do know that we have a programming team in Beijing China and they are looking to reinforce that group with some new talent. we can do telecomuting no problem but i beleive that my boss is wanting a more locallized group for ease of management. if your what we are looking for i'm sure there can be arrangements made durring the hiring negotiations.
