Overall I think it's well done. The layout is clean and navigation is clear and easy. There's only a couple things that didn't seem right but they're very minor. Above the menu where you list the services you offer shouldn't those words be pluralized? Also I think you could do away with the bullets on the dropdown menus. The google ad also is just a bit offputting.
The actual characatures are great though!
