there are loads of websites out there to teach you photoshop and illustrator tricks and tips, but i dont know of any website that will teach u how to become a designer. You either have the talent or not.
Best way in my opinion, is learn some good photoshop basics then run with them and start creating yourself a little portfolio.
But well done on choosing an excellent future career :D
