Just press new posts and it will list all the posts from the last 3 days that you haven't read. When you read one it will dissappear from the list. The ones with arrow you have posted in the ones without the arrow you haven't. It's the best way to make sure you don't miss something. If you only check your posts you could miss the oppertunity to help some else in need.
