City of God- Brazilian film, one of the best movies I've seen!
Last of The Mohicans- made in the early 90's, Daniel Day-Lewis is in it. Quite gory in one sequence, but it is quite raw in its overall feel. One of my favourite movies!
Downfall- a movie based around several different sources about the last few days of Hitler's life in the bunker in Berlin. A fantastic movie, and its so scary to see how Hitler was quite normal in his interaction with people (easy to see why people fell under his influence)
