- PHP Programmers .. who can do bespoke coding but are also happy setting up and tweaking open source CMS and Shopping Cart systems.
- Copy writers

Things we need occasionally are:
- Illustrators
- LOCAL photographers (Devon and Cornwall)
- Print designers
- 3D graphics experts
- Flash designers
- Flash developers (advanced Actionscript .. eg, Games / Database & XML work)
- Other creative skills
- Other technical skills
