Yes .. I know it's a silly name, but it's the one my parents gave me so I'm stuck with it.

Richard Francis Quick is the full version.

I run a small agency down in Cornwall, in the south west of the UK, and act as creative director.

We do web design, graphic design and search engines for a range of clients from small local businesses to the national brands.

I also wrote a book on web design called "Web Design in easy steps", as well as redesigning the "In Easy Steps" series.

My own background is as a web and graphic designer for London-based agencies (with a stint in the Caribbean), working on national and international websites and below the line print materials.

Past clients include Nestle, Fidelity Investments, Which?, Argos, the BBC and the government of the British Virgin Islands.

Our website is in my signature and the book's available at Amazon and all major book chains.

Anyway, enough about me. This looks like it could be quite a decent forum and I'm excited to be a part of it.
