No, go ahead and apply, there will be no restrictions on nationality, but just remeber everything is done in pound sterling, and i dont know if youve got a good or bad exchange rate at the moment in terms of the euro. Also if there are any tax laws relating to freelance earnings, you fill have to follow them, etc etc, other than that, we are looking for all good student designers.
