I'd like to make a comment on the direction it seems logosauce is going. Most recently the quality of designs submitted to competitions has gone downhill. It also feels like it is going in the same direction as sitepoint.com/contests site, meaning we've got "designers" submitting more than a necessary # of submissions showing the slightest change in a concept. For example, here's a guy (
LogoSauce™ - WizardBGR) who submitted 13 concepts to the office owls comp, most of which hardly differed between each other; he either simply moved the mark above or below the text or to the side.
It's really just ashame. It feels like it's amateur hour all the time now. I do not think I'm going to even bother entering those new competitions. Besides, I don't want my work to include a freeware software archive site nor one for a business called "tounge and chic"..I just don't like it!
