Overall the site is clean and easy to use - well done.
1. You are missing meta tag data in your header tags
2. Use a domain name email in your contact page - looks for profrssional when trying to get business clients.
3. Add a copyright notice on the footer
4. Open external links in a new window - this is optional
5. Move the websites you have created from "about me" to your "portfolio page"
I can not see any other issues - looks good :)
