Flash developers look like C/C++ Coders.
Designers = Pretty sites, Bold.... Strong.... Genuinely Sexy people, With Integrity of a Young James Bond.
Developers = Them people in the closet, beards like LOTR. Companys get them when the last guy really f*cked the monkey and they need EVERYTHING redone.
