With regard to the site, there's a lot you could improve on....
1. The logo is really amerturish
2. <META http-equiv=Revisit-After content="2 days"> Not needed and doesn't work
3. You repeat way too many words in your meta keywords.
4. Tables, Tables, Tables!!!
5. The Cyan isn't too pleasing on the eye.
