I've got to say I would expect more for that sort of load time, the moving lines isn't really enough to make me go wow.
This cut off header could be a certain style but to me just looks like an error.
Shame because the work you're showing off is quite good but the site needs simplifying or making amazingingly flash.
If you're going for the Graphic Design style keep it simple some of the best I've seen are only in black and white, (makes your flash a lot quiker to load) and the work in the portfolio speaks for itself.
