Tommy,....I think it is only in regards to design thinking. For instance, if I design a logo for the same company that 10 other designers create too and we show them at the same time, will most of them be alike or similar?
I would say that the majority would not. There are many unique designers with their own styles out there. And there are at least 100 ways to do any one logo name.
IMHO....if several of the logos are similar, it's because the designer is not digging deep enough to get creative. And that is just IMHO.
But we'll see what happens with this contest. It may prove me wrong.
