design looks too powerful next to the actual company name and dominates, you need to break the letterform more, it seems due to the colour coding they are representative of the wording ... and it weakens it as there doesnt appear to be any
Try to follow the natural curves of the letterforms since its lost in the bottom right and kinda glares at you ...
Most importantly you read the logotype and signature together ... Rrinke design
What are you trying to achieve ... and not meant to be nasty .... just asking ... conceptually
