generally speaking looks much better than the current design for sure :) nice work.
like you say, the green isnt to my liking, but its their green :)
overal think its very clear, good use of white space, not too clustered as current site is. uses few colors which is good, and the nav is constant on all pages, good for a non expert web user.
compared to current version, its easy to find the menus, login box, bottom links are nice and clear too.
