That's an interesting thing to point out with the 'f', but I prefer the last one. I know you said the 'K' doesn't have to be exact, but I think it looks a lot like the font in number 6. This means it can be used as a separate entity of the logo because of that. The font also looks more masculine for a components company and to be realistic, people look at that sort of thing for a company. You don't use a feminine font for a car stereo store or for an auto company either.
