Notion and Redken have collaborated to bring you a brand spanking new competition called thexperiment. From the looks of it you might win, it's public-vote based so get in early.

The winner gets two weeks work experience in New York with top design company Vault 49 with flights and accommodation paid for and some equipment to help with your career.

And there are a categorys for bands and filmmakers too so spread the word. Winners will be showcased at the Redken bash at Koko in Camden plus get the aforementioned prize.
