One thing I forgot to ask, when you set up a directory like the crazyleaf one, are the pageranks of the sites included an issue or not, some directories only accept PR3 or above. Is it important to a directory owner or not??

For me the page rank of the websites I accept it's not an issue . There are some guidelines for inclusion in the directory but page rank is not one of them yet. In the future ... I don't know.
I noticed someone commented something about spam.... I'm sorry if I offended someone by putting my directory's link here. It wasn't ment as advertising, just as a resource. I have to many submission requests as it is ....
