Ya, very nice it's good to play around and experiment. I'm thinking about making a website just based on experimenting different techniques. I was taking a course that talked about making your ideas come to life even if you don't know how you'll use it at the present moment.
Majority of the time this instructor has end up using his ideas in one of his Web Project which he didn't foresee in the beginning while he was creating it.
