Its called collaboration, designers sharing ideas and asking each other for help is a very positive thing in my opinion..
But to the thread starter, im not sure I like your design at all. Im not a fan of the colours that you have used as I dont think they come together well.
Also your logo: I dont think the online creations text should be inside the O.
