well - one thing i would do. Is your mac osx icons is titled something like "how to create them" but all your tut showed was how to bring them from IS to PS and put a drop shadow on them. And then how to change your icons on a osx.
I think you should do a tutorial on how to actually create the logos (i prefer widgets) as that is what i was expecting to see :)
