I like the erthcast one, I like how the leaves have a sort of movement to them, reflective of the "green" movement we're seeing now. :) The logo looks clean, with a nice touch, and professional. Looks like the kind of logo you could become very familiar with, such as the YouTube logo or any other people logo such as that everyone knows.
