Doesn't tell robots anything. Try investing in VB although it's pricey it is the best and easier to promote. You have to be sure that people are finding you.
You will never tempt people from established forums by spamming it will just make you look desperate, you have to have something to offer that other places don't. Also all your sections say private so people can't view the action unless they log in, not a good move if you're trying to attract new members.
