not really. You play to your strengths.. I can't really draw either. I can scribble enough to communicate stuff, and I have the old doodle into my work but drawing is by no means required now. It helps, but..meh.
Fact is, there are loads of people who CAN draw or illustrate or design, or code or
seo or ....you name it. So don't try to compete, and simply concentrate on the areas you can. The trick is to then diversify into other areas to compliment your skill set, but not soooo far you stretch yourself too thin.
