HDR photography is a pro's secret (not that I'm one, I went out of my way to learn it). here are examples of my HDR photography
My Half &
Night Light. Basically it gives your photo a surreal look.
So LeadMagnet, I decided to incorp. that style into my manipulation just because I felt it would give an animated/illustrative feel to the landscape, rather than making a realistic piece. HDR tends to give a "drawn" or weird color affect. If you really need me to go into I can try to do research on some old articles I've read that helped me learn the technique.
This is my favorite example
George-Washington-Bridge-HDR & here are some more
deviantart HDR. Also look into LucisArt, its kind of the same editing, but without the photography aspect. You can apply the HDR style to regular photos with LucisArt. But with HDR you need to configure your DSLR a certain way before editing it as such. Its kind of a long process, and this is it in a nut shell.
And Thanks for taking the time to look through my work.
