Default Webtricity... still any use?

I was wittering on to a friend about my total lack of expertise with graphics and telling them how nice you've all been to me when one of them produced some software and said I could have it. They'd paid $10 for it a year or two back but never tried it.

The software was a new box of Micrografx Webtricity and seems to have been released back in 1997.

It comes with 20,000 photos, 20,000 pieces of clip art and loads of templates, images and the like (which of course would be useful in their own right).

I've no idea if it will install on my Vista machine yet but I've a couple of old ones I know it *will* load on. Question is... would it be worthwhile loading it and trying it out?

I suppose I'd be better advised to go out and buy 'Photoshop Elements' and mess about with that instead (assuming I could afford it) but even tho it's so old... if this works... well I figure if it works why not give it a go?

It may be it's so old none of you has ever used it, but if you have I'd appreciate your thoughts on how much use it would be.

Edit: Well I've established one thing... it won't load under Vista :)
